DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Pour 1 liter of boiling water over a generous tablespoon of tea and cover it. Let it steep for 4-5 minutes, then strain it. When the tea cools down to 35 ̊C, you can add some honey for sweetness. We recommend that you drink at least 3-5 cups per day before every meal, but you can drink even more. Drink it for at least 20 days, or even more, and then take a break for a few days. The tea is more efficient if you drink it slowly. For children up to 14 years the sufficient dose is half a spoonful of tea. The dose depends on the age of the child.
